For those who plan on careers in management, an understanding of the management process forms the foundation upon which to build their management skills, but it would be naive to assume that everyone who studies management is planning a career in management.

BA-CEM is an undergraduate program for management studies offered by St.Joseph’s college for women (A) that course allows the students to obtain the knowledge and skills needed to assume management positions in a wide range of organizations. Management studies programmes provide students with a solid foundation in organizational behavior and human resource management, Principles of management, Business environment and ethics, etc which allow students to develop deeper knowledge in specific areas of interest. In addition to business management course, it will equip to understand how organizations work, how they are managed, and how they interact with local, national and international environments. This stream equip the students with all the aspects of commerce, economics and management which will make the students versatile that will help in their career development.
