Faculty Forum

'Great things happen when Faculty are rejuvenated.'

The College believes that, in order to empower the young women, the Faculty must be empowered with the right attitude, skills and knowledge. This results in the Domino Effect on the young learners, who easily imbibe the values and ideas shared by the teachers. Faculty Forum is one platform, where the Faculty meet regularly to share what they have learnt from an external conference, workshop or seminar with others in the College.

Many a time this becomes the source of inspiration for Junior Faculty, who have a long way to go in their professional journey. Faculty who have varied experiences, both Senior and Junior are encouraged to share their expertise with the others followed by intellectual discussions leading to fruitful results. In addition to the above, Experts from Institutions of Higher Education, Industry and other organisations are invited on a regular basis to update the subject base of the Faculty.
